Available access terms
The site may offer a recurring monthly PayPal subscription, a one-time PayPal payment, or both. The options and prices displayed at checkout are controlled by the administrator.
Access activation
Member access is activated only after the portal verifies the PayPal subscription or captures the one-time payment. Administrators may also approve accounts manually for invoiced or separately licensed organisation access.
Recurring billing and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled in accordance with the terms displayed at checkout and in the PayPal account. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund.
One-time payments
A completed one-time payment grants the access term described at checkout. State any limits, expiry conditions or account restrictions clearly before enabling Live payments.
Failed or delayed payments
The portal may suspend access or apply a configured grace period when PayPal reports a failed, suspended, expired or cancelled recurring subscription.
Refunds
Insert the organisation’s approved refund policy and contact process for both recurring and one-time payments.
